Here are a few questions to add to your studies. These are typically derived from my reading, listening and other study sources throughout the week.

This question is relating to the fact that the 5 year drought has basically been over for the past two years, or so, and that the winter 2018 season has provided an exceptional amount of water, filling:

1. The soil
2. Surface water storage (ie: reservoirs)
3. Underground aquifers
4. Snowpack in the mountains, which is slowly released throughout the spring and even summer season, refiling the rivers and aquifers
