Drinks Business, Hospitality & Service

Here you will find the collection of books focused on the business of beverages (bar management and restaurant operations), as well as great hospitality and service pointers. Some are newer editions and some are older and out-of-print, but I try to keep the list as up-to-date as possible, if for nothing else because I use it as a reference to make sure not to buy duplicates. ​Ok, so not exactly a drinks business book, but the lesson here is about attitude and demeanor, and how to handle pressure in the job and with life. Great night-stand book.

​Another MW Study book to possibly add to your list. A somewhat simplistic and regional approach, but is something that you can build a study platform from.

Restaurant Man
