ACADEMY CLASSES
These are classes designed for enthusiasts and industry members, alike, and give students the opportunity to learn and taste with a wine and beverage industry professional while learning about the theme or topic of discussion. Classes typically cover a specific region of topic, and involve tasting up to six wines or other beverages per session.

Bordeaux - Getting to Know the Basics of one of the Greatest Wine Regions
Bordeaux can be intimidating for any wine enthusiast and even some pros. Yet, at the same time, the wines are incredibly approachable when you get to know them. Even better, the wines are not that hard to get an understanding of as they are quite familiar once you know just a little about the region. This class helps to break down the region and in no time you will have a good idea of some basics, such as the geography, climate, grapes, and the appellation system.
