Random Notes for Level 2 Spirits...
- WSET now offers Level 2 Spirits course material, including textbook, workbook, and SAT card in hard-copy version only. The cost of postage for this material is included in your tuition fee.
- If you are enrolling in a course, please click this link and complete the information document so we can complete your registration.
- Some Level 2 candidates choose to attend the Level 3 tasting and exam instruction workshop. This is not required for success at level 2, though - it is simply an option for more advanced experience in tasting. It is an additional fee to attend.
- These are typically offered once per quarter or as demand requires. We schedule these based on need, and we try to work with our students to select the dates that work the best for the most people. Often, we will use an online meeting platform to host study sessions with students.
- Exam dates are set based on the established time frame of each class, but you do have up to 1 year from the course start date to take the exam.
- If you wish for an alternative exam date, please get in touch with New England Wine Academy to discuss exam dates other than the date associated with your course, prior to the start of the course.
- Please note that cancelling or rescheduling an exam after your class has commenced will result in a $35 administrative charge.
- Cancelling or rescheduling an exam within 16 working days of the exam date will result in the $35 administrative fee plus a new exam fee (this is the same as the re-sit fee for your respective class and exam type), and you will be offered a future exam date per our established schedule. We apologize for this inconvenience, but WSET is fairly strict with its registration deadlines, and these time frames are out of our control.
- We work with our students to ensure they are aware of all dates, but please mark your calendars with all relevant dates/times. Let us know as early as possible if you are unable to make an exam for any reason.
- Level 2 classes are available for either in-person or online invigilation (testing) - please select above when checking out.
