We sometimes opt to run the L3 exams earlier in the day though, depending on the overall number of exam needs. This will be coordinated with you 3-4 weeks prior to the exam date.

The course fee is inclusive of all tuition, study material, one exam attempt, a 3-month Brainscape Pro Membership, as well as standard administrative fees.

*Other exam dates can be available if these are not convenient. Please review our offered exam dates on the main page or contact us to discuss an exam on a different day than one of our standard offerings.
- WSET offers the L3 Spirits course material book in hard-copy versions. These will be ordered for you and sent upon enrollment. We order and fulfill weekly from WSET to student bookings so please allow approximately 7-10 days for arrival of the study pack.

- All Level 3 candidates have the option to attend a tasting and exam instruction workshop. These are typically offered once per quarter or as demand requires. We schedule these based on need, and we try to work with our students to select the dates that work the best for the most people. Dates for the 2024-2025 Academic year are as follows:
- Nov 9, 2024 (9:30-3:30) Hartford, CT
- Feb 8, 2025 (9:30-3:30) Hartford, CT
- May 17, 2025 (9:30-3:30) Hartford, CT
- Jul 26, 2025 (9:30-3:30) Hartford, CT
- Exam dates are set based on the established time frame of each class, but you do have up to 1 year from the course start date to take the exam.
- If you wish for an alternative exam date, please contact New England Wine Academy to discuss exam dates other than the date associated with your course, prior to the start of the course.
- Please note, cancelling or rescheduling an exam after your class has commenced, will result in a $35 administrative charge.
- Cancelling or rescheduling an exam within 16 working days of the exam date will result in the $35 administrative fee plus a new exam fee (this is the same as the re-sit fee for your respective class and exam type), and you will be offered a future exam date per our established schedule. We apologize for this inconvenience but WSET is fairly strict with its registration deadlines and these time frames are out of our control.
- We work with our students to ensure they are aware of all dates, but please mark your calendars with all relevant dates/times. Let us know as early as possible if you are unable to make an exam for any reason.
- Level 3 exams are available for in-person delivery, only.
